Each of our 8 Nomad rooms is a spacious private ensuite. Your own space to work, rest, and settle in. Available in double and twin. They include:

  • Private bathroom
  • Air conditioning
  • Fast wifi
  • Desk with office chair
  • Balcony overlooking rice fields or gardens
  • Wardrobe
  • Weekly room cleaning
  • Quality mattress and linen

We're set up for longer stays, typically one month minimum. Get in touch if your situation is different; we're still human about it.

We do want to encourage longer stays, which is why we offer a discount for three-month stays or longer.

There's no maximum stay.

Cancel up to 30 days before arrival for a 70% refund.

Cancellations within 30 days won't be refunded, unless we find a replacement on time.

Yes! We're happy to show you the space via video call before you book. Just mention it in your reservation form and we'll schedule a time.

Your stay includes:

  • Private ensuite room with AC and desk
  • High-speed WiFi and all utilities
  • Full access to coworking space, kitchen, pool, and bicycles
  • Weekly room cleaning
  • Coffee, tea, and filtered water
  • Community events (around 5 per week, all optional)

Not included: Food, laundry, and visa costs.
