Coliving where
finding yourself
is optional.
A room, a desk and people you’ll want to have dinner with.
Everything you need under one roof in Hoi An’s countryside.
Opening July July 2026!
Olaa! Mink here.
The person who started this whole thing.
I haven’t been to many colivings. Never been to Bali or Chiang Mai either. Not a particularly well-travelled nomad.
Been living in Vietnam for years though. Still loving it. Ever since I first arrived in 2018, I knew I would open… something.
Ideally something with music. A bar or nightclub (still a dream). But the more nomads I met, the more coliving made sense.
So I looked at others.
Strangers dancing hand in hand at the beach. Manifestation journals. I-found-myself-marketing.
Plenty of people look for exactly that. And I’m happy when they find it. But I had trouble resonating.
So I opened Rice & Co.
For the rest of us.

Settle in
Welcome home! Meet your housemates, join events, feel at home.
You got questions? We got answers.
We're set up for longer stays, typically one month minimum. Get in touch if your situation is different; we're still human about it.
We do want to encourage longer stays, which is why we offer a discount for three-month stays or longer.
There's no maximum stay.
Not a requirement, but most of our residents are remote workers, freelancers, or entrepreneurs. You'll fit right in if you like to get things done.
Neither. It's more of a home. A home for remote workers who focus on productivity, community and connections.
